Is Coaching confidential as I have never experienced it before?
Yes absolutely. Coaching is a confidential and safe space. Everything you share with me is treated with the utmost respect and privacy. I work ethically and professionally and your personal experiences, thoughts and goals remain confidential. The only exception is if there is a concern around safety or legal obligation and this would always be handled with care and transparency.

How does working with you actually work?
Once you’re on board, you’ll gain access to my Coaching Portal – think of it as our private online hub. This is where everything happens: you can book sessions, send messages, access notes and documents and manage payments. It’s a dedicated space just for us to stay connected and keep everything in one place.
Do you provide exercise and activities between sessions?
Yes at times you’ll be offered exercises, tools or reflections to complete between sessions. These are called ‘tasks’ which to be honest I am not a huge fan of but I guess that is what they are. These are designed to be engaging, build awareness and support real growth. How you use them is always up to you. Interestingly, it’s often in the space between sessions where the biggest shifts and changes actually happen.
Do you offer sessions via Zoom or in person?
I mainly work via Zoom, as this suits most clients best. It allows you to join sessions from the comfort of your own home, office or safe space with no added travel time, making it easy to fit into your day. I can also offer face-to-face sessions for local clients where appropriate.
How do I get started?
Getting started is easy. Simply book a time here that works for you in my calendar for a complimentary 30-minute chat - a relaxed space for us to meet, connect and see if working together feels right.
